For the past 20+ years, I have written training manuals, online help, and intranet content. And more recently, eLearning courses, installation guides, marketing literature, and blog posts.
I wrote for a national mortgage company, and now I write for a growing technology company about the IoT (Internet of Things), HVAC, and energy management.
Currently, my instructional design responsibilities span from soup to nuts. I identify the need, analyze the issue, work with SME's to understand the audience and identify the solutions, design the course, develop the project in Storyline, implement the course by publishing it in LearnUpon learning management system, and evaluate results. I serve as the LMS (Learning Management System) administrator and sole content provider.
With an INFP Myers-Briggs personality, it's natural that I write in ways that help and teach.
